As first-time buyers, we did a lot of research about the process on our own, and, naturally, still had many questions once we were in it. Amy answered all of them, and she posed and answered the questions that we weren't asking or didn't know to ask. She quickly grasped what was important to us and took time to go through each house, discussing pros/cons while remaining objective and neutral. She was timely and responsive with communication, on top of dates and tasks, and set clear expectations throughout the process. We always knew what was happening and what we needed to do, which brought peace of mind to the process. Amy is incredibly patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and fun! Amy has been wonderful throughout this entire process! We let her know from the first time we met that this is all very new to us and we are coming in with little to no knowledge of the process. This did not deter Amy at all. Tirelessly throughout this process she walked us through each and every step, answered our dumb questions and was always available to assist us when we reached out!
