My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, responsive, and strategic in making our offers competitive in a tough market. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. If you are looking to buy a home anywhere Meg services you could not be in better hands, if we could give her more than 5 stars we would!

We met with Meg in late 2021 in preparation for listing our home in April 2022. Meg gave us expert advice to make our home show as beautifully as possible. Meg's marketing strategy was spot on. She brought in a fabulous team to photograph and video our home and we were blown away when we saw our listing! She was supportive and responsive every step of the way. We had many private showings and a huge turnout for the open house. We received multiple offers way over listing price and her knowledge and expertise was invaluable in helping us chose the right offer. Her experience with our HOA was a huge bonus and she helped us navigate some stressful situations. Meg is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, very friendly, and easy to work with. I can't recommend Meg enough! I would give her ten stars if I could!

Meg was incredibly responsive to our questions and always had a positive attitude about finding the right buyer. From listing the house, to showing it and holding open houses, to executing the closing process, Meg's professional guidance was priceless. John Brand Rocks NoVA Realty! He helped us find a great RTC rental condo AND sold our Centreville house. His knowledge of the market and expertise in marketing and negotiating are unsurpassed. John also connected us with very reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced bonded and insured contractors to finish up the final touches on our house prior to putting it on the market, as well as to address Final Inspection items. We were extremely pleased with John's responsiveness and demeanor in answering all of our novice questions about selling our home. He walked us through the process to include the pricing and listing strategy that would maximize our sale price while minimizing time on market. We got more than listed and closed on the sale within four weeks of putting the house on the market. All in all we loved working with John and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors!
