As a first time buyer we didn't know how long the journey going to be and what question to ask. Mercedes did a outstanding job to help us find our home and we could not imagine a better agent to help us find our home and she was very gentle with my kids and they love her. she was very knowledgeable, her negotiation skill and attention for detail were outstanding. she was very flexible and her communication skill make it the process easy. she was always there to answer our question and went above a beyond for us to the point were we almost lost the house we have now. we highly recommend her for anyone who looking for their dream home

Mercedes is the most patient, caring and knowledgeable person I have ever met. She listened to my wants/needs and tailored her search to those needs. I was NEVER encouraged or pressured to accept anything outside of those specifics. She was quick to respond to all my many questions.
