Steven is a great asset to have trying to sell your old home and when when searching for your new home! He met with us prior to searching for properties to learn more about our needs and wants and even mentioned things we hadn't thought of! He also provided us with recommendations/suggestions to assist in selling our current home even though he wasn't our selling agent. <br/><br/>Steven provided us with over 15 properties to consider and also made appointments to see homes we found ourselves. He offered great insight when considering homes and steered us away from homes that wouldn't be a smart investment. Steven does his homework and is very familiar with the area (shopping, schools, etc). <br/><br/>Steven was able to find us a home located in a neighborhood that we love but didn't think we could get into. Steve went the extra mile for me. I was moving from Decatur into the city of Atlanta and wanted a condo but had no idea what kind of condo I wanted. Steve must have shown me 20 or more properties, ranging from mid-rise, high-rise, townhome style condos before I finally settled on a loft. We spent weeks and travelled all over the city. When I decided on the unit, he successfully negotiated through a bidding war on my first choice. He also agreed to meet me at the loft on more than one occasion so that a contractor could see the unit to give me an estimate regarding work to be done. My closing went very smoothly without any last minute issues or problems. I would use Steve again and would highly recommend him. He did a great job for me!
