Mercedes gave me/ us the highest quality service as our realtor, from the very first day we met in person all the way through the closing appointment, and she even gave us a very special gift from the Regan Maki team and also a personal one for the sale ! I could have selected many, many others due to knowing many realtors, with 5 to even 35 years of experience ( both in and around Peachtree Corners ). I decided on her and Compass after doing a little research also after praying with my wife about our decision. I know that God truly blessed us over the whole time we needed for our sale and the consistent advice that she shared with us. She even told us very early in the process and in the middle that she prayed for us and also the family who would buy our home. She consistently and wisely recommended upgrades or improvements that made a difference when the market dropped off in the late summer to fall months. No big or little problems, gave her any issues and we just continued to do what was needed and after the offer arrived, she negotiated a better price for us, as well as reducing the inspection items to complete the sale process.
