My experience with Sona Davidian has been exceptional. She has been my number one go-to person for anything to do with real estate. Beginning with my Pelham Manor house, she handled the situation adroitly. First she helped me rent it because I moved suddenly and then she took care of every imaginable detail to get it sold because I was out of state. My second house was in CT and I was told by the local realtor that I should wait another year -- that sales were dead. I called Sona and she said "nonsense!! Sales are excellent in Fairfield." She reinvigorated me to step up the pressure and the house was sold in two months. Now, years later, with my Dobbs Ferry house, Sona came to the rescue again. I never even considered another broker. In the last inning, hours before the closing, when there was a question of bad pipes, she entered the house herself and took care of the job. The closing stayed on schedule for the same day. Bravo Sona. You make Armenians proud.

Sona is knowledgeable, experienced, and very easy to work with. We were relocating and Sona shared her insights with us about the community and offered us honest and sound guidance. She was thorough in showing us properties within the community that she thought might be a good fit, including ones that we previously did not consider because of their location. As a result, we found our perfect home. Sona is thorough and knows her market well. She was a true professional throughout the purchase process, and excellent negotiator. We closed in the middle of the COVID19 quarantine and our transaction wound up being challenging as a result. Sona made the process as easy as possible, and facilitated our transaction with ease. I would recommend my family and friends to Sona, as I know without a doubt that she will best represent them and meet their needs. On top of all of this, she is a very nice person and pleasure to work with.

We hired Jenny as both sellers of our home in Larchmont and buyers for a new home in Larchmont. From our first meeting, Jenny was a wealth of knowledge of the local market, and her recommendations for pricing and showing our home were absolutely spot-on. We were able to generate a bidding war for our home, and it sold above ask thanks to her sage advice and marketing strategy. On the buy side, Jenny took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a new home and made herself available on short notice multiple times to get in to see properties right away. When it came time to put in an offer, she helped us research comparable properties to make an informed decision on price. We were the winning bidder on our new home thanks to her knowledge of local purchasing strategy. I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough to others looking to buy in the greater Larchmont area.
