If you are considering engaging Donna Nikic, look no further. I needed to hire an agent in New York to manage the sale of my parents’ home and investment properties. My family recently completed a very challenging transaction with Donna for their long-time home in Croton. The house had been neglected as my parents aged and it needed extensive TLC and complete staging. Donna provided an excellent analysis of the different approaches to ready the house for market keeping an eye on the bottom line. No one wants to spend big money to prepare a home for sale, and Donna understood that perfectly. Donna took charge of everything, handling dozens of maintenance tasks. She staged the 4,400 sq. ft. home from top to bottom as part of her commission. She worked tirelessly to prepare the offering in record time. Her experience and contacts in residential construction were invaluable. An added challenge was working with my 85+ year old parents who were moving out of state. Donna treated my parents like they were her own, demonstrating a level of patience that is hard to articulate—it came from her inner core. We interviewed a few other real estate agents before making a decision and Donna stood out. She had her eye on a target number that was $500,000 higher than her competitors vying for the listing.
