We worked with Dana for years. First to find us the perfect summer rentals for our family and then to find us our second home at the beach we've always wanted. We hired Jane as our agent, and we got an offer within a week. She bent over backwards to get pictures and help us stage the house. All through the contract process through the closing she was extremely helpful and responsive, addressing all of our needs immediately. I have told my neighbors that she should be their agents if and when they are ready to sell.

Dana knew we were looking for a house in ESM school district. She had sent us info about an open house we might be interested in that was coming up for a house in desired district area. The house was a foreclosure but was not on the market for long. We loved the house and had put in an offer. Dana was so helpful throughout the whole process :filling out paperwork, arranging inspections, setting up appointments with appraiser, and final walk through. Ms Bartel did an outstanding job. She found excellent tenants for our Westhampton home rapidly. This was done through a lot of hard work on determination on her part. The lease that she furnished us with was excellently written. Ms Bartel gave us advice on how to optimize our property for rental and on how to navigate complicated insurance and town permit issues. Her knowledge of the area enabled her to recommend a competitive rental price. She promptly followed up with the tenants even after the lease was signed. I recommend Ms Bartel highly without any reservation.
