Elizabeth recently helped us with a home search in a neighborhood we were not very familiar with. She brought to the table wealth of knowledge and was great at showing us homes virtually and pointing out all the details she knew we would care for. In these trying times, it was great that she was able to work virtually with us as otherwise we would have a 2 hour commute each way to attend showings in person. Liz demonstrated to be an outstanding real-estate broker who went ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ with an extremely proactive, reliable, engaging, calm and professional approach which was instrumental to selling our home during our very unique situation. For starters, she was available for telephone calls anytime of the day into the late evening to explain status, answer questions, and give her valuable professional insights; treating us like we were very close family members. This dedication was further ‘put to the test’ as the house we were selling was in Sea Cliff, while we were living in Vermont, and Covid restrictions added further logistic complexities. Various administrative and maintenance tasks that would normally be managed by the owner (ie. snow removal, working with maintenance professionals) were proactively and calmly managed by Liz. She not only coordinated the work expeditiously; she even did some of the physical work herself without any hesitation. As for her expertise, Liz is not just focused on selling houses, she is clearly a well verse real-estate professional, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and all the nuances of selling the house. She took the time to clearly articulate the various circumstances and implications and answer our various (and numerous) questions, while working very well with our real-estate attorney. In sum, we highly recommend Liz with her exceptional professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, personable nature, and client focus.

Kate was the best, after working with a realtor who didn't listen to our needs and just kept showing us properties that didn't fit what we were looking for we finally got fed up and just moved on. I found a listing Kate had put on zillow and contacted her and she was able to show us the house that same day. We loved the home and she helped us with every step of the process. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly, unlike many other realtors we worked with. She wasn't pushy and was a gem to work with. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. We were lucky to have found her.
