We worked with Dana for years. First to find us the perfect summer rentals for our family and then to find us our second home at the beach we've always wanted. She is kind, easy to work with and quickly understood our likes and dislikes so she never wasted our time. She always showed us properties that were spot on so it made it difficult to choose which one. Not being local to the area, she was also helpful in so many other ways as we were finding our way around the Hamptons. We were lucky to find her and recommend her wholeheartedly.

Dana was so helpful throughout the whole process :filling out paperwork, arranging inspections, setting up appointments with appraiser, and final walk through. The lease that she furnished us with was excellently written. Ms Bartel gave us advice on how to optimize our property for rental and on how to navigate complicated insurance and town permit issues.
