Paula showed us a condo in Esplanade at LWR that we came across on realtor.com. She replied immediately to our request to look at the property that afternoon. She was very nice, knowledgeable of the area and thorough. We decided to make an offer and she suggested a price but was very open to what we felt was a comfortable offer. She negotiated well with the seller's agent and we were very happy with the price we settled on. She recommended a fantastic inspector who came out in two days and gave a great report that was easy to read. She was on top of all "to-do" items throughout the process. She's extremely pleasant and easy to work with along with knowledgeable. We bought the first property we looked at and Paula made it a seamless experience. Highly recommend.

Michelle's approach to selling my house was very professional and methodical. She proved to me that she was very knowledgeable in selling homes in the Bradenton and Sarasota real estate markets. Although the market became unpredictable and mortgage interest rates increased, Michelle was confident that the property would sell. Vince When absolutely above and beyond to get me into my house even at times when I wanted to give up because of the obstacle we had with my lender. He handled every situation appropriately, professionally and In a timely fashion! A lot of people say that buying a house is a stressful and exhausting task but I don’t think either of us could have expected the last 60 days to go the way it did. We were on the verge of losing the house but Vince was able to communicate between a disgruntled seller and a incompetent lender to bring it in for the win! Vince is the only reason I am now a Florida home owner!

Ania was clearly experienced and very professional while handling our property sale. There were some potential buyers who were difficult to deal with and she handled all the back and forth with great patience and offered suggestions to ease the sale. She found a buyer who was great to deal with and got the job done in four days! I am sure that must be a record! We could not have done this ourselves and most likely without her as the agent this sale would not have gone through. We highly recommend her!
