Wonderful agent

Ania is a wonderful agent. She helped me to navigate the Florida market of co-op/ fee, simple communities. She was very kind and patient. Without her, I doubt I would have found the perfect place for me.

Helped us get our dream home!

We arrived in Florida from Ohio looking for a home. We had a budget, an idea and four days to find a home. We looked at over a dozen homes in three days; all the while Paula was patient and understanding to our needs. On the last day, the last house we saw was it! After deciding this was the home, thats when Paula really showed what an amazing real estate she is. She began negotiating with the seller's agent, understanding our budget constraints and timing of our move. After only several hours of negotiations, our offer was accepted! It was Paula's determination and willingness to work with us that led to the successful conclusion of our whirlwind house hunting trip. We couldn't have been more happy to have had Paula on our side. Her dedication and expertise won the day. And after the sale, Paula was there for us. Answering our questions, communicating with the seller's agent, providing us with all that we needed once we finally moved in. Even after we moved in, Paula was there for us. She is truly amazing and we would recommend her to anyone looking for their forever home!

Great realtor!

Paula showed us a condo in Esplanade at LWR that we came across on realtor.com. She replied immediately to our request to look at the property that afternoon. She was very nice, knowledgeable of the area and thorough. We decided to make an offer and she suggested a price but was very open to what we felt was a comfortable offer. She negotiated well with the seller's agent and we were very happy with the price we settled on. She recommended a fantastic inspector who came out in two days and gave a great report that was easy to read. She was on top of all "to-do" items throughout the process. She's extremely pleasant and easy to work with along with knowledgeable. We bought the first property we looked at and Paula made it a seamless experience. Highly recommend.

Heaven Sent

Being it was our first time buying a home we had a lot of questions and truly needed be handheld through the process at times. Through all of it, Karli was patient and explained every step without hesitation. Her responses were always very timely, and we never felt pressured and or rushed which is something we had experienced with other realtors. If you want someone to guide you through the process with knowledge and expertise all while feeling like you are working with family, then Karli is definitely the person to choose. Very Satisfied!

Michelle's approach to selling my house was very professional and methodical. She proved to me that she was very knowledgeable in selling homes in the Bradenton and Sarasota real estate markets. Although the market became unpredictable and mortgage interest rates increased, Michelle was confident that the property would sell. She was very persistent and held multiple open houses until ultimately, the house was sold. Michelle kept me informed and up to date with all parties interested in the property and also followed up on all inquiries. Overall, Michelle did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property in the Bradenton and Sarasota areas.
