My wife and I owned two condos next door to each other. One day we randomly went to an open house at this location. My wife fell in love with it. Not knowing if the finances would work, we called our realtor Darrin Campbell. We crunched numbers together and came up with an offer. The offer was contingent on us selling our two. We weren't worried because we knew if anyone can sell them, even though they weren't even on the market yet, it was Darrin!
