I first met Betina, thank goodness, through her persistent emails with respectful follow-up calls. I finally met her when she set up a showing of a property. She seemed so sweet that I thought she won’t be aggressive enough to represent me. Boy was I wrong! Don’t let her calm demeanor, fool you. She was very approachable and got back to me within a quick amount of time, which I found rare to find these days. No question was insignificant to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she found out quickly and got right back to me. She was amazing. When buying and selling homes there a reasonable amount of anxiety that comes with the process. Betina continually remained calm and professional while putting me at ease. If I ever need to buy or sell again, I wouldn’t go with anyone else.
