I first met Betina, thank goodness, through her persistent emails with respectful follow-up calls. I finally met her when she set up a showing of a property. She seemed so sweet that I thought she won’t be aggressive enough to represent me. Boy was I wrong! Don’t let her calm demeanor, fool you.
