My husband and I have purchased many homes in many states throughout the years. When we decided to move to Saint Petersburg 3 years ago we hired the DJ Soucy group to help us find our home. DJ’s lead buyer’s agent, Jared Rosenberg, helped us find and secure our home on Snell Isle. There was never any pressure nor any doubt that they had our best interests in mind. That’s hard to say when dealing with agents. Jared fought for us and won! We had such a wonderful experience that we chose to have Jared and DJ help us find two other homes in the area as investment properties. Again, they did not disappoint! Our first 2 home purchases were when Covid was ramping up. Jared was so diligent to make sure we, as well as, the sellers were safe and protected. That meant a lot to us! Our third home purchase was during the insane market that we are only now coming off of. He helped us get that home for under asking and under appraisal!! That was a HUGE thing for us during such a difficult period of time for buyers! DJ’s group is absolutely fabulous and has their clients back! We will absolutely use them again when the time comes!

After purchasing 5 homes in our life between WI & FL, Polly was the best agent we ever worked with. She truly enjoyed taking us on our house hunting journey & was looking out for the best for us. We visited FL from out of state & Polly spent the day showing us as many condominiums as she could. She navigated the area so well-lining up viewing after viewing. Polly was personable & attentive to everyone she interacted with. She listened to what we wanted & showed us all around Pinellas. The market was tough & yet she'd be the one to point out if she thought we may be settling. I will forever be grateful for that because we landed exactly where we wanted to be. It is truly a dream come true. Polly was always engaged, sharing new listings, responding to inquiries, & keeping us up to speed on what we needed to accomplish on our end. She was open to texts, calls & email & responded to all of them in a timely manner. We were able to purchase a condo sight unseen because Polly took us through the condo a couple times using video technology (facetime) so we could see the unit & she pointed out things it had that we wanted when looking at other condo's in person with her in the past. She went thoroughly through every room & walked outside showing us the area & amenities. She paid attention & got us in the best place we saw in our price range throughout the journey. Polly was also willing to have some difficult discussions that are not always fun but necessary when negotiating. She handled everything like a true professional. Polly also went "above and beyond" helping us find other reputable businesses. Including but not limited to HVAC, Painters, Insurance Companies & Pest Control specialists, ALL good recommendations. There is no doubt that I would use Polly again, we adore Polly, she was my third and hands down BEST realtor in our endeavor to find a condo in St Pete, FL. She made us feel like we were her top priority & she was a pleasure to spend time with.
