Keri Clare did an excellent job marketing my home for sale from the first day that I met with her until the house was sold. I couldn't have asked for or found a better realtor to handle this for me. She was very knowledgeable as to the potential market value of the residence, and she went above and beyond working with the person we hired to stage the home and even helping me obtain a temporary loan that was paid at closing for some of the expenses. I was very satisfied with the experience and with all of her efforts, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone and hire her again if I need a realtor in the future.
