Emma helped us sell our almost 100 year old home in November 2022. The market had recently shifted to a buyers market, which we were concerned about at first. Emma alleviated all of our concerns. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. She helped us get quotes on things that needed to be fixed, negotiated on our behalf, performed last minute cleanings for showings, staged it perfectly, and priced it right. She’s super friendly, a great communicator, quick to respond, and she helped us get above asking price! I can’t say enough great things about Emma and the experience we had with her. Theresa kept me updated about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new one came on the market when I was purchasing my home.
