Emma helped us sell our almost 100 year old home in November 2022. The market had recently shifted to a buyers market, which we were concerned about at first. Emma alleviated all of our concerns. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. She helped us get quotes on things that needed to be fixed, negotiated on our behalf, performed last minute cleanings for showings, staged it perfectly, and priced it right. We couldn't have asked a better person to help sell our beautiful home. I started my home buying adventure by interviewing several realtors. Emma by far seemed to be the best realtor for me as she listened to what I was looking for and did not seem pushy or looking for the best way for her to make a buck like some of the other realtors I talked to. I am in the military so being able to be on-site was near impossible so I told Emma what I was looking for and she was off to find my perfect home. When a home came up that we both thought matched what I was looking for she scheduled an appointment and we did a virtual walkthrough. We made an offer that was accepted and even though she did not push me to use any of her financing/home insurance/etc options, she did give me additional options to get quotes through and I ended up using some of the people she recommended. Not only did she find the perfect house, but she also handled all of the negotiations (saving me about $50K) and closing actions while I was a state away. Overall I don't think I could have asked for anyone better than Emma!
