Brad is an excellent realtor & I highly recommend working with him. Brad is professional, experienced & knowledgeable. We used Brad to purchase our home in July/August 2021, when the market was insane. There were very few homes on the market. Brad listened to our needs, got to know us, understood our family's needs and ultimately set us up with MLS emails matching our criteria. The second a home went on the market that fit our needs, he was texting us to get in there that day. He got great results & information from sellers because of his friendly demeanor. But probably one of my favorite things about Brad is his unwavering ethics. Brad had our best interest at heart at every turn. Brad has very thorough inspectors he works with. And while we probably could have gotten faster results from other, less thorough inspectors, Brad knew it was important that we found any issues before we got into a home that wasn't right for us. So we took his advice, didn't compromise & things worked out better than we could have hoped. Buying a home is a very stressful endeavor, but Brad made it enjoyable & his even keel personality kept us sane (and still happily married) throughout the entire thing. We are so grateful to Brad for all he did for our family & highly recommend him as a Realtor.

John and Karla are a 5 star team! We absolutely loved working with them. We are out of state and wanted to buy an investment property which we want to become our home once we are ready to move. This created a challenge for John and Karla with the list of must haves, but they were up to a task. We were very specific about what we wanted which made a pool of houses to chose from very small in a highly competitive market. After spending few days driving around with John from neighborhood to neighborhood looking at different homes we finally had to go back home and rely on video call showings, his experience and knowledge of our preferences to find a home. John and Karla did not disappoint! They found us a home that checked-off all of our boxes and we are so happy! Even though the sellers were not the easiest to deal with they made sure process kept moving forward. To say that they went out of their way for us even after the purchase is an understatement. Working with Lauren made something so incredibly stressful completely manageable from beginning to end. Every single house we would send her, she had the information sent to us, a showing set up, and was in contact with the seller within the day.
