Lauren is AMAZING at what she does. We are relocating to FL from WI and Lauren made looking for a home from out of state a great experience. Lauren knows all the areas and is able to guide you in the right direction based on your needs. She answers every question with great detail and if it is something outside her area of expertise she goes out of the way to get the answer for you. She is a great communicator: Call, text, email... just is right there for you every step of the way. Lauren provides her point of view, calls out things the way they are (with your best interest in mind!) and ensures you understand everything. She goes to bat for you. She is caring, compassionate and all around a great person. We could not have asked for a better realtor! We are so fortunate to have gone through this process with Lauren by our side.

The entire team went the extra mile for me in the search for and final purchase of a new home. We had some unusual challenges in the purchasing process, and they were always responsive and ready to guide me to be able to respond to each new twist and turn. They were professional and warm, with an amazing attention to detail. I was able to go into the new home with a very clear picture of the house I was purchasing, to be ready financially to renovate it into the space I have always dreamed of. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Autumn is endlessly knowledgeable, organized, “on-it,” personable, professional, polished, ethical, responsive, and was able to juggle multiple deadlines, crises, and obstacles for us, all while making it look effortless, and serving as a sympathetic, constructive guide and sounding board when disasters happened. We worked with her for a little over six months (and one-and-a-half contracts accepted and many more submitted) and when she came to our closing, it was bittersweet, because although we’ve found a home we love, it meant that we won’t be meeting up with Autumn several times a week for showings. The quality of Autumn’s representation was so excellent, it should serve as a benchmark that other realtors should aspire to. Autumn knows the territory, knows the market, knows the comps, knows the other realtors, knows what’s coming to MLS, knows what’s not, knows “someone who does that,” and knows how to make the people she represents feel like they are her only clients. The next time we are even thinking of looking at another house, Autumn will be who we call.

Bradley was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of his way to handle every minor and major issue that popped up. He stayed on top of us to make sure we had all the documents we needed, and kept pressing the seller/seller's realtor when they were delaying closing. This was the second house I used Mr. Goldfinger for (and he sold my house as well). Highly recommended.

Brad is an excellent realtor & I highly recommend working with him. Brad is professional, experienced & knowledgeable. We used Brad to purchase our home in July/August 2021, when the market was insane. There were very few homes on the market. Brad listened to our needs, got to know us, understood our family's needs and ultimately set us up with MLS emails matching our criteria. The second a home went on the market that fit our needs, he was texting us to get in there that day. He got great results & information from sellers because of his friendly demeanor. But probably one of my favorite things about Brad is his unwavering ethics. Brad had our best interest at heart at every turn. Brad has very thorough inspectors he works with. And while we probably could have gotten faster results from other, less thorough inspectors, Brad knew it was important that we found any issues before we got into a home that wasn't right for us. So we took his advice, didn't compromise & things worked out better than we could have hoped. Buying a home is a very stressful endeavor, but Brad made it enjoyable & his even keel personality kept us sane (and still happily married) throughout the entire thing. We are so grateful to Brad for all he did for our family & highly recommend him as a Realtor.
