Over the past 30 years, I have purchased/sold several houses and bounced from one realtor to another because I never found a realtor that lived up to their own hype. Linda came recommended by a friend and she and her entire team were fabulous. Some realtors state they have a team behind them but that team is absent/busy when needed. Linda and her team consistently delivered when I wanted to get into a prospect house quickly and they provided expert advice during negotiations. On the selling end, Linda provided a professional stager who suggested how to rearrange/remove furniture, curtains, pictures,... to maximize buyer attraction. She also supplied a professional photographer to take photos - no ridiculous photos of a lamp in the corner of some room. I finally found a great realtor in Linda.

Linda Trevor and her Team should be your 1st choice when buying or selling a home. Linda was my agent in 2004 to buy , and in 2018 selling the same house .They are awesome ! always VERY timely on their replys, to any issues, which my sale had plenty of . They maximized my profit dollars and retained my buyer through some major issues ranging from roof to foundation and other challenges that arose from the inspection process. Linda and her team were instrumental in my sale as I lived 2 hours from the property being sold . Her sub contractors in her network all did excellent work on repairs as well . Linda Trevor was an incredible real estate agent to work with. She is very responsive and is good at making you feel like you’re her only client. She is very knowledgeable about the Triangle area and what it takes to be competitive in the market. Everyone on her team was great to work with too! We are so happy that we chose Linda and her team to sell our old home and buy a newer, smaller one. Linda was always calm, cheerful, and helpful. Her knowledge of our neighborhood and the history of our home and appropriate pricing for the area certainly were helpful. Our home sold the first day on the market for above asking price. Linda, Crystal, and Janette were never more than a phone call away, and they were always patient with our questions. Linda also recommended a great painter/handyman and a wonderful designer to help us get our old home repaired and properly staged to put on the market. If and when we sell/buy again, we will definitely call Linda.
