Linda and her team were very professional and great to work with! I was in a hurry to sell, as I had accepted a new position out of state, but certainly wanted to get top dollar for my house. I researched to find a top realtor in the area. I have been delighted with my choice. Linda came to my house to meet with me the same day I first called her. Things moved very quickly after that. Linda’s team was remarkable! We had my house show ready, staged, and the most professional marketing materials I have seen in less than two weeks. Linda guided us through the pricing decision where we felt it was aggressive, but attainable. Two weeks after I first spoke to Linda, we took a house hunting trip to the location of my new job. Linda got my house listed midday that Friday. When we got back Sunday afternoon, she had an offer, above list, waiting on us. Linda Trevor is a true professional at the top of the Real Estate business in the Raleigh/Cary area. She and her team generates volume on both the buyer and seller sides of the transaction. I have used her for both and found her to be effective, twice selling within a week of the listing and getting an above average price for my home once above asking price. All agents aren't the same even in the internet age. If you are serious about selling this is the difference you need in any market.

Linda and her team were great to work with. They used the latest tools including fabulous photography & 360 tours and other technology to market our home. We benefited from their expertise with staging and prepping our 20 year old for sale as well. Linda uses the latest realtor showing app for mobile phones which allowed us to approve showing requests and receive feedback from showings directly.
