Ann was relentless in helping us find a property that met our needs, and she was extremely patient in working through neighborhoods with us until we found the one that was right for us. Ann knew the market, and she was “spot on” in letting us know what offers may work and what would not. Once signed, Ann knew the best inspectors and was able to quickly get the repairmen needed once the inspections came in. Ann left nothing to chance between signing and closing and went several times to the home by herself to make sure that all was perfect when we closed. Ann is simply an exceptional person and agent!

Following the first phone conversation I had with Linda I felt she was, without question, very knowledgeable, professional and candid, and someone I wanted to work with. As the listing process got underway, Linda's team did an outstanding job of communicating the sequence of events to follow, from staging to photo day to providing documents to sign. Questions from us were answered promptly. The showing process (Showing Time) is another effective and efficient tool which allowed potential buyers to request 30 minute time slots directly from us, avoiding a typical "general admission" open house. Overall, we are extremely impressed with Linda and her team and so grateful to have sold the house over list and without any showings.
