Scott Korbin is an impossible act to follow. Honestly, he was a godsend. I had to sell a home under very emotional and difficult circumstances, in a state that was new to me. I interviewed several realtors, all of which were very good, but Scott was so far superior to everyone else on that first meeting that I knew I had found the right person to sell my home. Little did I know just how much I would come to rely on Scott when I had no place else to turn. I learned quickly that if I had a problem, Scott had the answer. Even after I moved back to my home state, Scott took care of my empty house. A few times, he even dropped what he was doing with no notice, to run over to meet workers for me. Scott’s associate, Andrew, was also excellent. What a great team! They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional, excellent communicators, reliable and genuinely cared about me as a person. If I could have afforded to fly them back to my home state to help me find a new home, I would have. Not even kidding. So, if you are looking for a realtor and don’t know where to begin, if your head is swimming and you are overwhelmed because of all that is on your plate, you’ve come to the right man. I promise you, Scott will far exceed your expectations. And for what it’s worth, I’ve bought and sold several homes so I am not new to this process. There’s simply none better. I promise.

We were relocating from another state and worked with Colleen to buy a home. She is a pleasure to work with. She took the time to find out our needs and wants and really listened. Colleen was in constant contact with updates and very quick to respond to any questions. Once we found a home she guided us through every step and anticipated all our needs. We were never left wondering where we were at in the process. She also took the time to tell us about the area and everything we would need once we got here so everything went very smoothly on moving day. She took a lot of stress out of relocating. Colleen is not just diligent, competent, and exceptional at what she does, but she is a phenomenal person to work with on either side of the buying or selling experience. SHE GAVE US A DETAILED BRIEFING REGARDING LOCAL CONDITIONS - WE CHOSE HER AS A RESULT OF THE PROFESSIONALISM OF HER BRIEF — NO ONE ELSE EVEN CLOSE. SHE WAS HANDS ON AT EVERY STEP. THE MARKETING PRESENTATION PRODUCED OVER 600 INDIVIDUAL VIEWS OF OUR PAGE. SHE PRICED US PROPERLY, WE SOLD IN A WEEK. Scott Korbin was my realtor when I sold my Triangle home to move westward, and later for the sale of my rental townhome. Scott was always there to advise me on questions and decisions, both large and small, and gave me great peace of mind through marketing to closing. I knew I could rely on him because his knowledge of the real estate market and all related areas is vast, and he has many years of experience. But mostly, I trusted him to put my interests first and get the best possible price for both my own home and my rental property. Scott skillfully managed the details with marketing, sale, and closing in each case. For my own home, the sale was fraught with stress when the first buyer backed out due to spousal disagreements, and the second buyer turned out to be very difficult to work with. I had a great house, and the market was hot, but going under contract and then back on the market makes buyers a bit suspicious! Also, interest rates were going up, and I was dealing with moving plus retiring to a new area--but I had peace of mind knowing that Scott had my back. In the end, thanks to Scott’s sales and negotiation skills, we closed on both homes with a great price, well beyond what I had hoped for! I have referred Scott to friends, without qualification. Don’t take chances on a realtor with less experience and marketing savvy... Scott is the best!
