The amount of time and work she spent preparing for the meeting was evident as she spoke about our home, our neighborhood, and the market changes over the course of the year. Every person on her team who worked with us-- the stager, the photographer, the notary, the agents assisting her-- was incredibly good at their job and easy to work with. Selling and buying a home can be stressful enough, but add-in building another home and dealing with covid during the due diligence period, and that could be a very stressful situation. Choosing a realtor is a very important choice. As a second time home buyer, I knew what I was looking for and had high standards for a professional who could really help my family and I find our dream home. We were relocating to the Raleigh area from Austin after only one visit to the city, so Colleen had her work cut out for her. Not only did she educate us on the pros/cons of each neighborhood, she expertly navigated things we wouldn't even imagine, such as traffic flows (beyond commutes), local weather implications, drainage, road widening and more. Colleen took an entire day to drive us around the entire area, from Wake Forest to Cary and Apex. She was patient and intuitive, and after we flew back to Austin she kept sending homes that would fit. We encountered a loss of income and adjusted our budget and Coleen never missed a beat.
