Brooke Lambert is very attentive, detailed , and patient. She is also considerate , solution- oriented and goes the extra mile for her clients. She explains things in a way that is not condescending; I am a nurse and my husband a teacher— real estate is not our language. Brooke was kind and helpful in guiding us through the process. My husband and I were having trouble with the financial aspect of refinancing and she explained things very thoroughly , and helped team us with a trustworthy mortgage broker. I was very particular about what I wanted, we searched for a few months till I found my dream home. Brooke was kind and helpful and I consider her a friend after this experience. She looked out for me and was and still is very helpful. She knows the area very well and what to be aware of when buying a home. I'd recommend anyone to Brooke, I couldn't have done it without her.

If you're looking for a dedicated, hard working realtor to help you find the right home for you or sell your current home, Brooke is the one! She is incredibly diligent and takes her time to make sure what she finds is worth your time. We learned so much about what to do when trying to sell your home that I never would have thought about.
