A supportive and professional Realtor.

Working with Melinda to sell our home was a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time. My husband had recently passed away and he and I had always talked about having Melinda be our agent when the time came to sell our home. She stepped in, made recommendations on what we should and shouldn't do to get the house ready to put on the market, and made the process simple for me. Melinda worked around everyone's schedules, was very responsible in caring for our home since I was out of town, checked on our outdoor cats (who grew to love her), and stayed in touch when there were any updates. Her suggested asking price was what our home sold for. Closing was seamless. Melinda's care and attention can't be overstated and I would highly recommend hiring her as your agent.
