Melinda was very dedicated and went the extra mile in her handling of the sale of my home. She and her husband even helped me move the items remaining after the movers had packed up and departed. It was a stressful time for me and she was more than just a realtor, she also became a friend.

She handled a distance purchase with fluidity, and was available for showings & after hour texts. When we decided on a property, she packaged our proposal promptly to the seller, and within only minutes we had our offer accepted.
