When asked how to market our home, Candy told us to "declutter". After working on that she brought in some of her coworkers to view and independently put a price on our place. She brought us all the prices and her own estimate. Together we settled on a price. She explained each document we had to respond to and willingly took all the information we provided her. The very next day she brought us a bid, before the house had even gone our to other realtors. We accepted the bid and were happy with the quick response of the buyer (who was the husband of one of her coworkers). The offered price was just what we wanted. Candy knew the area well, having lived nearby for many years and described the house well.
