I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I literally could not have have done it without them, and I wouldn't be writing this review from the comfort of my new home without their support. The knowledge of the local area was invaluable to my buying experience. They had recommendations on everything from the best food to the best contractors. They went above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Cathy Bier and her team did a wonderful job of selling our LaGrange, within just a few days of listing, with multiple offers, and at 3% over listing price. We interviewed a number of area realtors and chose Cathy because of her experience and knowledge of the market. She graciously worked with us to prepare the home for sale, staging certain rooms with her furniture and accessories. Cathy was an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop and available to answer our questions. She is a hard worker and a true professional. Bottom line: Cathy told us at the beginning how the selling process would likely go down and it, in fact, went just as predicted, with a minimum of stress and anxiety. Cathy Bier assisted us in the sale of our La Grange home in September of 2023. She promptly communicated with us via phone calls, texts and emails. Her knowledge of the real estate market was very extensive and she was right on target with comps and rates for our home. She is extremely detailed in her work. She helped us stage our home beautifully and gave us necessary suggestions on how to improve our home to make it more presentable. The first couple of days we had a multitude of showings and within two days we had three offers. She presented those offers in a detailed spreadsheet so we could compare them and she called us to discuss our options. Her communications skills are excellent and we felt we were in trusted hands with her vast experience and knowledge of the real estate field. We would highly recommend her.
