Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. Cathy Bier assisted us in the sale of our La Grange home in September of 2023. She promptly communicated with us via phone calls, texts and emails. Her knowledge of the real estate market was very extensive and she was right on target with comps and rates for our home. She is extremely detailed in her work. She helped us stage our home beautifully and gave us necessary suggestions on how to improve our home to make it more presentable. The first couple of days we had a multitude of showings and within two days we had three offers. She presented those offers in a detailed spreadsheet so we could compare them and she called us to discuss our options. Selling a home after 27 years was an overwhelming process, but Cathy made it as easy as it could be.
