I don’t write reviews. Ever. I feel most of them are contrived or only from friends and close family. However, I’m making an exception to my not writing reviews rule for Cathy. She is not only the best real estate agent we have ever worked with, she genuinely cares about your situation and your family. During the pandemic, she sold one house for us and then helped us purchase another one when we moved back to Hinsdale a year later. She was great at negotiating on both ends. More importantly, when things start to not go smoothly - which is the case during any home buying process - she had an answer and we always ended up on the right side of the issue. Always. And, the best part of working with her is the personal touch. While she has a number of clients, we always felt like she was there whenever we needed her. If you’re not working with Cathy, you’re not working with the best agent. Period.

Simply put - she is head and shoulders above any other agent we have worked with. Knowledgable, action-oriented and shrewd - Cathy navigated a difficult market with the very little time we gave her and got us the house of our dreams. And even with excessive competition - she negotiated a killer deal.
