She provided us access to a real estate portal that provided extensive details on properties that fit our goals. She provided vendors and recommendations which proved to invaluable. When visited the property we eventually purchased there we already other offers pending and she analysis overnight to make suggestion on offer to make to ensure we got the property and we did. Monique assisted us through ever step of the process from the detail property inspection right through to the closing. While we were searching to our new home she guided the sale of our current home and we had a buyer within weeks of posting. We are more than pleased with our new home selection.

A friend recommended Dawn and it's clear why. Dawn went above and BEYOND all expectations in my search for a home. I was a first-time home buyer new to the Westchester area. We could not be happier with our good fortune of having Mikka as our real estate broker. As Brooklynites that were unfamiliar with the Rivertowns and new to the house hunting and home buying process she was extremely helpful and patient as we asked a zillion questions and looked at bunches of properties. We never felt pressured into putting offers on a house we didn't feel was right and she never made us feel like we were wasting her time as we researched the area. But when it came down to our house she really went to bat for us and I honestly don't think we would be here if we had a different broker. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Dawn Suter. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Dawn is a fantastic realtor. We are new to the area and Dawn was able to give us the pros and cons of the area. She knew which streets were main streets to stay away from and hazards to avoid.
