Christopher Maroc is lazy and incompetent at his job. I think all of you out there should know that he does not take responsibility for his job. It is his job to represent his client (me) throught the renting process and make sure his client(me) needs are met. When I specifically asked him if the condo had been professional cleaned before move in day, he replied "yes". On move it day I entered to the place so dirty and filthy like it had not been cleaned AT ALL. I called him, and he said " on well, I checked the place at night and it was dark so I did not see the mess". " It is not my fault, do you know how dark that place is at night". Worse the pictures of his listings do not match the actual apartment. He also failed to mentioned how the condo in person was different from the pictures. Everyone do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

My real estate transaction experience with Barbara Bodnar and Caldwell Banker was very good. The entire process including setting a selling price, the house photographes, the marketing and showing of the property were all done very professionally. The results of the process were excellent. The house was sold within 2 weeks and over the asking price. We received a number of valid offers and were able to ask for highest and best offer. If I were in the market of selling another house in the area, I would definitely use Barbara Bodnar as my realtor.

My experience with Joanne was an absolute joy! She was very accommodating, taking the time to search and visit multiple homes throughout the westchester and Fairfield areas. Her professionalism made the home buying experience less of a chore and more of journey! As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to expect, but joanne’s knowledge and experience in dealing with sellers made the process much less stressful. I do have to mention that Joanne stood by and helped me and my wife search for a home for 3 years! The only reason it took so long was because of how picky I was. Mikka was so helpful in every aspect of our sale. We had the final bid in 2 1/2 weeks after being listed. Her advice on pricing, on preparing the house for showing, on open houses, and legal requirements were spot on. Denise Giordano is a highly skilled agent who uses her many years of real estate experience masterfully. She brings in a talented stager and photographer to achieve optimal results.
