Mikka was so helpful in every aspect of our sale. We had the final bid in 2 1/2 weeks after being listed. Her advice on pricing, on preparing the house for showing, on open houses, and legal requirements were spot on. The effort she put into staging the house, meeting with inspectors and contractors, and communicating, was phenomenal. She is a lovely person and we highly recommend her.

She pointed out places of concern that I wouldn't have considered and made creative suggestions about renovations to the space, to make it mine. When I'd found the right property, she calmly walked me through the negotiating process - with a steady hand and good advice. I believe that she got me the best possible price on the purchase. We could not be happier with our good fortune of having Mikka as our real estate broker. As Brooklynites that were unfamiliar with the Rivertowns and new to the house hunting and home buying process she was extremely helpful and patient as we asked a zillion questions and looked at bunches of properties. We never felt pressured into putting offers on a house we didn't feel was right and she never made us feel like we were wasting her time as we researched the area. But when it came down to our house she really went to bat for us and I honestly don't think we would be here if we had a different broker.
