I connected with Cheryl Brewer 9 month ago as my realtor to represent me.She keep sending my sites to look at that where really nice, But more then I wanted to spend. She sent me a few places to look at by the time I went to look at them they went into pending. This place I finally ended up looking at was right where I wanted to be. the price was even right. I called he to set a date to look at the place. We met there and the place was awesome, the place was better looking in person then the picture showed. I said let put in a bid and she started the process right then and there. This is my first home for me and Cheryl made sure everything went smooth and it did. Working with Cheryl to sell our home in Lakeland was a great experience. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question we had very thoroughly. This wasn't our first home sale but each time is seemingly just as confusing as the first for us, especially being a military family and moving all over the county... every state is very different and we truly felt that we were in good hands with Cheryl. We had a fairly large "hiccup" on our originally scheduled closing day, no fault of ours or hers, and she handled it spectacularly! We always felt that she had our backs! Not something I can say for most realtors we've had throughout the years! In the end, our sale closed, and we are so glad that we had Cheryl with us for the process!

Oh my gosh, where should I start? Cheryl is full of information , she is a wealth of knowledge.
