From the beginning of this process Cheryl has been professional, kind, prompt, knowledgeable, and just nice to work with. We appreciate how she explained everything throughly but simple enough for us to understand. She was always available and made us comfortable every step of the way. Would definitely refer Cheryl !!

Everything went smoothly and easily. We are very happy how easy it was for us. We had one hiccup and Cheryl had it fixed before we could even start trying to fix it ourselves.

Working with Cheryl was such a pleasure. She was more than helpful and informative and is extremely knowledgeable and professional! With her help, we worked as a team to get April and Andrew to the table much sooner than the original closing date. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She really knows her stuff!
