Excellent

Honest and Flexible!
Cheryl was an excellent Realtor! She was referred to me by my loan office and I'm glad she was. Cheryl knew exactly what I was looking for and understand my price range and personal situation. She used that information to provide me with a number of properties to review. When it came to scheduling tours, she was very flexible with time and dates. Most of all, she was very honest and straightforward with her assessment of the properties, which I appreciated as a first time homebuyer. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, listen to and responded to my concerns, and didn't get discouraged when I made some tough decisions in my process. I would recommend her for any homebuyers.

Best first experience!!!
As first time homebuyers we knew absolutely nothing about the process but Cheryl was patient and made the process so simple! She explained everything and responded very quickly anytime we had questions even if it was after normal hours. Her experience is obvious and much appreciated. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable in her work and does everything she can to help the process be as smooth as possible. It was the best first experience we could’ve asked for and we are more than happy with our new home!! Highly recommend!

Nothing less than Amazing
Cheryl assisted me for months looking for my first home to buy. She was very knowledgeable and assisted with every issue or question I had. Even when i had issues that hindered the process, Cheryl was patient, attentive and always ready to answer any questions i might have. I was quite thankful to have Cheryl and might not have been able to complete buying a home without her!
