Kathy is extremely professional and efficient, and I would recommend her highly. Her expertise with regard to the sale of my Mom's home was invaluable. The fact that I was selling the home remotely made it even more important to have a competent agent. Kathy made it all very easy for me, her proficiency was very much appreciated.

Kathy Devor was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, through, great with follow up. I have bought and sold many homes over the course of my lifetime and have worked with other realtors. Kathy is outstanding. I highly recommend her.

Kathy did it all. Could not have had a better agent. No question went unanswered. Even called from her cruise to see how everything was going and did we need anything from her. Amazing!!!

Not knowing what we really wanted, Kathy showed us several places from communities to single standing homes. She even suggusted some places we did not concidered looking at homes online. We ended up in a community which was not at the top of our list when we first went looking. We were looking at free standing homes since that is what we have. However, a community seems much better as we are aging.

Kathy is professional and friendly. She was a wonderful negotiator and kept us informed of any interest in our property. Thanks to Kathy, our home sold faster than most homes in our community. Kathy made sure that all paperwork was complete and our closing was fast and went off without any problems. We would definitely recommend Kathy to you if you are looking for an agent that will put her energy into selling your home in a timely manner.
