Cheryl was a dream to work with. Thorough, knowledgeable and always available. Very professional. We went through 4 places that we did not get. She just kept getting places for us to look at. Did not give up on us. I will highly recommend Cheryl to everybody I know.

Julie was wonderful to work with. She knew all the right people to address the simplest to more difficult issues that arise with a real estate sale from 1000+ miles away. She went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I would definitely use her again if i had something else to sell in central Florida

Steve was amazing and helped us virtually buy our forever home. We never saw the house and we put our complete trust in Steve. He knew exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect home. I would highly recommend him as he is a down to earth, incredible person to work with. You will not regret it.

Cheryl Brewer was outstanding to work with and we wish we had known her when we first moved to Florida as the agent we used previously was no where near the agent that Cheryl is. Cheryl was prompt in returning calls, was quick to get answers to questions we had, and was very good at getting us back into the home several times during the process to check on things we wanted to look at going forward. She was also very skilled at getting us into the right house as she began to know what we were looking for and needed in a house. I would highly recommend her as an agent and would definitely use her again if the need arose.

If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and singularly the best real estate agent, Cheryl Brewer is the best choice you can make! Our needs were very specific in a hot market. Cheryl was flexible and available to meet our needs and find the home we wanted. She was on top of every aspect of the home buying process. This is the second home I have ever bought, and she made it much easier than the first. Additionally, we had to keep changing real estate agents. One would barely look with us over months of trying. Another just wanted to show us what they wanted, always at the highest budget point we gave him. You probably know the type. Cheryl is a wonderful realtor and a cut above the rest. Thank you, Cheryl! Everyone else, if you are looking for an agent i would reach out. She is probably the perfect fit for you. Justin H.

Kim really cares about her clients, communicates well and often, and was successful putting it under contract in a matter of days. And she still had interested parties waiting in the wings. In today’s technology-driven world, the online ‘paperwork’ is still staggering. Kim helped me navigate the computer forms, which included the sign-off of an out-of-state seller. I am so glad I did not opt to sell the home on my own. She earned her commission, and then some.
