Fun Fact! It was 1980-something when McDonald's began putting legos in their Happy Meals.... As kids my sister and I had a cardboard box in the pantry to put them in until we had enough to build a complete LEGO house complete with flowers on the square lawn... What a time to be alive the 80s! Someone bring back the Big Hair! LOL! And that is only a small part of how I got started in Real Estate.. The other part was when I didn't get in to UF and decided to give up on my dreams of being an architect and become a ROCKSTAR instead. Turns out life had other plans. :) So two children (now adults) and a few trial and error careers later, I found my way to Real Estate and Land Development. Here is where I've been ever since happily helping clients & creative minds with BIG ideas build strategies and get them the right resources to bring their Real Estate dreams to life! I do have a significant other who I call 'My Bearded' because well, life is too short to not have fun and make it memorable along the way... My Beard is often out of town working Disaster Relief Clean Ups from Natural Disasters so, in my spare time I hang with my littler brother - a King Charles Cavalier - because he is a ray of sunshine and brings happiness and joy to all he meets. Very efficient and knowledgeable about today’s market

Laura did a great job staging and marketing our house the first prospect that seen our house purchased our house at ask. While the market was a little turbulent and most houses were sitting on the market for 100+ days we were able to sell an under a month. She was pleasant to work with and flexible and honest. Will definitely work with her again.

5 Star!! Committed, Caring and Amazing Agent!

Jenny was truly an amazing agent. She helped us purchase a second home in Florida and her support before, during and after the sale was over-the-top!! We were blessed to have her on our side. This was our first time buying a house in Florida and since we don't currently live in Florida, having to perform some of the process from a distance was a bit stressful. Jenny explained things so well and guided us through the process step by step. Great communication and coordination of activities along the way. I could not have asked for better representation from a real estate agent! She didn't just help us buy a house, she helped us buy a HOME. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows. I would definitely recommend Jenny to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Jenny was the best!!
