Residential real estate is personal and emotional for both the buyer and seller. We were out of state buyers who made multiple trips to Sarasota and walked numerous houses. Eileen and Brian consistently reminded us to “be guided by what you want in a home, there is no need to compromise or rush, it may take longer than expected, but we are here for you regardless of the length of time”. At times the home search can be exhausting, but we were always reminded “there is no rush nor a need to compromise”. We lived outside of FL, thus some of our trips to visit houses were on short notice, Eileen and Brian always found the flexibility to arrange showings, regardless of the day of the week.
