A Final Sale in Sarasota
We've had the pleasure of working with Alison to buy or sell six times in Sarasota, which says everything about how much we love her grace, her professionalism, her extensive information base on both the legalities and the neighborhoods, and her incredible optimism. She is the master of the deal but also the master at closing with everything as it should be. She has the patience to wait until you see the home that makes your toes tingle, and the eye to know when an offer can be pushed to a better level. On numerous occasions, she reminded us when to push and when to pull back, when to let go and when to let her work her magic. We highly recommend Alison to anyone who needs a realtor, and in fact have done so several times. We know that her excellence isn't a one-time thing but a lifetime of honing her skills and working with hundreds of clients. We know, with absolute certainty, that she will be as good for you as she was for us. Our realtor relationship is at an end as we move to another state, but our friendship will last for a lifetime. Shannon went above and beyond!
Shannon was wonderful! She went above and beyond as our listing realtor. Between moving and staging furniture, social media postings, outstanding upfront and honest communication, availability, professionalism, photography, document signing, coordinating cleaning and repairs, and her knowledge about the sale process and rules, she covered it all and made the sale and moving journey as smooth as can be. We highly recommend her and will be using her again! It was a great pleasure to work with her!

Knows Their Clients
Having worked with Brian and Eileen in the past (and being VERY satisfied with the experience), it was a pleasure to be introduced to Debbie and work with her as well this time around. The team knew exactly what we were looking for and remained patient with us, as we waited for the perfect property to become available. Once that was found, they managed the process with the utmost attention and provided us with excellent guidance. Needless to say, purchasing a new home is an extremely stressful situation but having the Gillen/McHardy Group by our side was instrumental in getting us through it!

Deep knowledge of market helps buyers find what they want
Wendy has been a resource for us for 6 years. Everything came together on our first trip back to SW Florida since before the pandemic. In a little over 6 hours, we found a property, put an offer in with the builder, and signed a purchase agreement—and she put all that together for us! Wendy knows the quality differences between builders and ensured we got the best value for the price. In addition, she was instrumental in helping us find those “essential service providers” for pre- and post-settlement. My wife and I will miss working with her and would certainly recommend her to any of our acquaintances interested in moving to the SW Florida area!
