I have had a number of real estate agents, including a very duplicitous one. Whereas most have been pleasant, they have not been outstanding or remarkable. I am not the sort of individual who brags about anyone who has provided a service for me...with one exception: Alison Stottlemyer is Outstanding!! I have referred her to several friends who have also been equally impressed with her & her abilities in selling their homes & with very good reasons. I have a partner who had never met her. He too now is not only equally impressed with her skills, dedication & attention to the most minute details, that he too is going to have her list his house. She is one in a million & no one who enlists Alison to sell or buy a home, will be very satisfied at how incredibly smooth she makes things flow & lowers the stress level by many, many degrees. Steve, and his Team, are clearly the most knowledgeable of our local market and was often involved in both the initial and re-sale of the same properties so has insight into its history.
