He is extremely knowledgeable about the South Sarasota Real Estate market and can give excellent guidance when it comes to purchasing a home for the "fair" price. His knowledge base of all of the facets that one should consider before purchasing a property is vast. He has also been an excellent resource in multiple areas related to post sale. Who to use for remodeling, what type of floor, what color and type of stone, what colors are going out and which are more classic. We are planning to sell one of our homes in the Oaks and would not consider using anyone but Steve.
