I was introduced to Sheila and Brit by my Father when we all met at his home to discuss selling. They were well prepared and very knowledgeable about the local market and presented their market study and price recommendations. After listing the home for sale, Sheila and Brit communicated daily about the showings and the feedback received. The home went under contract three times before it closed, but each contract along with inspections, appraisal, survey, etc, Sheila and Brit were right on top of each step of the process. The listing to close date was about 60 days, very efficient for the type of home, and Sheila and Brit kept us up to date. Their work and professionalism made the sale effortless for us, I highly recommend them for your real estate purchase or sale needs.
