From day one Mike assisted, and guided us through the selling process. Never did we feel uncomfortable. He always allowed any decisions to be ultimately by us. Just gave suggestions or professional opinion. We had bought and sold about 5 homes over our lives. Never have we met someone so genuine, helpful, and hands on with the minor repairs. He would stop by and weed around our front bushes, rakes, clean up fallen branches, obtain and paint the house, ect. You need to have this man selling your house, truely. House sold in less than 1 week.

Shelly was terrific to work with - very knowledgeable and continuously on top of things, yet also flexible and ready to change course as needed. For me (new to the Tampa Bay market and considering 4 different counties) it was a large area to cover, and Shelly quickly deciphered my needs and wants and found the matching inventory at the perfect location.
