I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. I have worked with Len to sell both my Mom's house and mine and have had excellent results. Len maintained regular contact with me throughout both sales with relevant updates, suggestions and options. He was always available to answer any questions I had and negotiated very well on our behalf. Len is extremely professional, maintains an awareness of the local market, and gave relevant suggestions as to the listing in terms of price and preparation of both homes. I highly recommend Len without any reservations.

Incredible realtor! Got my home sold in 2 days. I was geographically separated and she took care of all of the particulars to ensure the house was taken care of. Super personable, and down to earth! Highly highly highly suggest her. She actually listens to her clients!!!!
