Bryan helped me and my family sell our condo and purchase a house. I was very pleased with both the selling and buying process. Most impressive was Bryan's responsiveness. He always (and I mean ALWAYS) responded to our requests promptly. When we needed to meet in person regarding something with our sale, he was there. We also spent a lot of time looking for that perfect house and Bryan was very quick to schedule the showings for us. Bryan's specialization is knowledge of the Saint Paul condo market.
