We were 1st time home buyers in a very competitive market. Daniel was quick to show us houses as soon as we spotted them & gave us the information we needed to make a strong bid. He helped us consider factors, like the busyness of a street or value of nearby homes, that would ultimately impact our investment and happiness in our new home and neighborhood.
